CEO: Russia's Sunlight plans to hold IPO in future

MOSCOW, Oct 18 (PRIME) -- Sunlight, one of Russia’s largest jewelry sellers, plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO) in the future, CEO Dmitry Lazarev said on Telegram channel Gazprombank Investments on Wednesday.

"One of our goals is to become a public company, this is why we are borrowing money now through bonds and we are preparing for a potential IPO… We are planning it," the CEO said.

The executive did not elaborate on the terms of the offer.
